What is included in the cost of hiring professional cleaning tools?

When you hire cleaning equipment from Clean Sweep UK, we’ll train your team members on every machine, ensuring they have the competence to operate the machine fully. As well as full servicing on contract hires, we also offer full breakdown cover, so in the unlikely event of any problems with the equipment in question, we’ll resolve the issues as soon as possible. This may involve sending an engineer over to fix the machine for you, or it may require us to send you a replacement.

 

How long does it take for a machine to be delivered?

We can normally deliver to your site within 24 hours of receiving your order, wherever you are in the UK.

 

What can I expect when the machine is delivered?

No matter which machine you order, it will be delivered by a member of our driver/demonstrator team. They’ll arrive at your premises in a vehicle especially designed for the safe and efficient transportation of professional cleaning tools such as scrubber dryers and mini road sweepers. The driver/demonstrator will then provide you or selected members of staff with full training to ensure the machine can be used safely and effectively. We have full ISO9001:2008 accreditation, so you can also be sure you’ll be receiving an excellent quality piece of equipment.

 

What should I do if the machine I hire breaks?

Every single professional cleaning tool within our arsenal is regularly inspected to ensure it helps customers achieve excellent results. However, in the unlikely event that one of our tools becomes faulty, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us immediately.
