What machine to get it clean?

By Clean Sweep @ Aug 31, 2010 in Sweeper Hire

In commercial and industrial environments standards are extremely high, even more so in places where good sanitation and hygiene are vital.
It takes a lot more than just a cleaner with a mop and bucket to ensure these standards are met. Thankfully there are a range of floor cleaning machines available which tick all the boxes when it comes to effective cleaning results. Using the right machine could also reduce the man hours used on cleaning regimes which is a big help to businesses in today's economic climate.

Depending on what type of floor needs to be cleaned there are several machine types that could be used.

• Industrial Floor Sweepers do exactly what the name implies. They collect surface debris by using a system of rotating brushes. They are either pedestrian operated or ride on
• Scrubber Driers both clean and dry floor surfaces. These would be used to remove marks and stubborn debris. The rotating brushes work with cleaning agents and water to clean the floor. The machine dries the floor after thoroughly cleaning the area.
• Industrial Vacuums can be used on both carpets and hard floors. They will have features such as dust control filtration systems which could be used in environments such as hospitals or health centres
Steam Cleaners are machines that use high temperature steam to penetrate deep into surfaces. Steam cleaners can sanitise and kill bacteria in a wide variety of commercial environments. Many steam cleaners include integrated vacuum that ensure surfaces are left clean and dry.
